1. DESCRIPTION
- Plan maintenance of production and auxiliary equipment, supervise installation and acceptance of equipment;
- Ensure maintenance activities are conducted according to the planned schedule and availability of spare parts for equipment according to the monthly/annual plan;
- Plan, operate and organize activities in the Engineering Technical Department;
- Propose to improve machines and equipment to enhance production efficiency and save costs;
- Surveillance, inspection and approval for the maintenance records;
- Take responsibility for managing records of all machinery and equipment of the factory;
- Implement training for staff in the ET department;
- Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors;
2. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electrics, Engineering or another related field, etc.;
- At least 5 years of experience in fields related to Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.;
- Minimum 2 years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions in engineering field;
- Good English skills are an advantage.
