We are looking for an ambitious and energetic International Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Identify and execute new opportunities in international markets that will enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new international business development opportunities in international markets, which is to include identifying new potential partners or acquisitions overseas.

Provide strategic advice to the Director of Marketing and Admissions to meet organizational budgeting and approval processes, to develop and implement international market plans.

Develop and implement customer relationship programs, including agent training, customer contact/communication plans, and enquiry management and create and manage follow-up systems.

Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the company’s business development and recruiting practices.

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Travel to developing countries as needed.

Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
