SALES MANAGER OF VETERINARY AND AQUATIC PRODUCTS

1. DESCRIPTION

• Identify and execute veterinary and aquatic business opportunities that enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit;
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business development opportunities and potential partners;
• Provide strategic advice to the Marketing Department to make proper marketing plans that meet organizational budgeting;
• Develop and implement customer relationship programs, including agent training, customer contact/communication plans, create and manage follow-up systems;
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the company’s business development and recruiting practices;
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
• Frequent business trips are required;
• Build a team of valuable veterinary and aquatic products salespeople.

2. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary and Aquatic, Business Administration or related divisions;
• At least 5 years of experience in business management and senior veterinary and aquatic consultative sales experience;
• Good English skills are an advantage.
